Dear Shalom Friends:
We trust that this letter finds you bathing in the warmth of Gods love. We count it all an honor to be partnered with you in this ministry. Donna and I would like to personally thank you for your on going commitment of prayers and support for this ministry. I would sincerely thank you for praying for Donnas’ recovery from surgery and for the on going struggles within our family. As we look at the upcoming events we are very excited at how the Lord is leading. We will be having two major outreach services at the Holocaust Memorial Center. The first service is Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 2:00pm-4:00pm. The second is Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 2:00pm-4:00pm. These services are unique and very effective in reaching Jews and Gentiles with the “Good News.” We certainly want to invite our local supporters to join us for these spirit-filled events. We are also in the process of formulating a “Pro-Israel Unity Rally” with leaders from the Jewish and Christian community. By the way, the “Walk for Israel” in May was with astonishing success. There were over 1,000 participants. We already have a date locked down for next years Walk for Israel on May 17, 2016. Looking forward to your attendance.
These upcoming months I will be speaking to Jewish students at some of our local colleges and Universities. During the Q and A sessions this question always comes up, “Why am I Pro Israel?” The answer is always the same, “because I believe that Yeshua is the Jewish Messiah and the savior of the world. This for me is a wonderful opportunity to present evidence of his Messiah ship and divinity. This also gives us the opportunity to interact with Jewish Organizations and Synagogues while not compromising sharing the Gospel. I am implementing seminars; workshops; training for those would like to know more about Messianic Ministry and speaking at local churches.
We would like to share with you that we are approaching our 40th year with full-time Christian Service. As we look back it has been and continues to be an amazing journey of faith. We have depended on God working through his people to sustain and support our walk of faith. As we look ahead there is still so much to be done, especially in these troubling times for Israel and our Nation. We covet your support as we stand in the gap of this one-of-a-kind outreach.
Please pray for Paula B. and Michael W, the two Holocaust survivors. Michael A., a Jewish man and organizer who is asking me a lot of questions about Yeshua. Please continue to pray for our family and especially Donna. Finally pray for our little church plant that it will grow and prosper. Soon you will be hearing more about our 40th year in ministry so please stay tuned.
“Until the nets are full”
